ASD Polisportiva San Giorgio and the Pordenone Territorial Committee of the Italian Sports Center (CSI) are happy to present the 9th edition of the Nations Winter Cup by FB Tanks.
The tournament, strongly desired by the Japanese National Team, which will return with both its teams, this year was organized in collaboration with the Municipalities of Claut and Montereale Valcellina.
It is a source of great pride for the entire territory to see how the Japanese selections, among the best in the world in the field of volleyball, have been so satisfied for many years and are happy to return to the Pordenone area. The partnership with Claut and Montereale Valcellina will allow the organization to give even more of a proper welcome to the prestigious guests who will participate in the tournament, thanks to their services and the naturalistic beauties that perfectly match with a winter event.
Due to the FIPAV Assemblies, the Italian national selections can’t play in this period, but the organization (which also manages the Cornacchia World Cup) welcomes with great pleasure Tinet Prata for the men’s sector and Chions Fiume Volley for the women’s.
In detail here are the men’s groups: Claut will host Croatia, Germany, Hungary and Tinet Prata, while Montereale Valcellina will host Czechia, Japan, Montenegro and OK Vojvodina (Serbia).
In the women’s group in Porcia the group will be played with Bulgaria, Czechia, Japan and Montenegro, closing the circle with Zoppola where Croatia, Germany, Slovenia and Chions Fiume Volley will play.
The appointment is therefore from 20th to 23rd February, 2025.
