Hotel Safety Program

Hotel Safety Program is an insurance program dedicated to hotels and their customers, created to meet the new needs of travelers at the time of Covid-19. The goal is to guarantee hotel guests a safe and secure stay with a wide range of coverage available, also valid in the case of Covid-19

  • Unlimited health care 24/7 and direct payment or reimbursement of medical expenses in the event of illness or injury;
  • Extension of stay with reimbursement of room costs in the event that an illness, including Covid-19, or an injury does not allow you to leave the facility on the scheduled date. Europ Assistance will reimburse you the costs of extending your stay on site (food and accommodation ) up to a maximum of Euro 100 per day for a maximum of 15 days
  • advance / reimbursement of urgent and non-deferrable medical / pharmaceutical / hospital expenses (up to € 1,500 for residents in Italy and up to € 5,000 for residents abroad);
  • medical return (economy class plane, train or self-contained flight. Medical plane only for residents of Italy);
  • compensation of € 1,000 if, within 10 days of returning from the trip, you are hospitalized for covid-19 for at least 5 days;
  • travel fee reimbursement if you are forced to interrupt your stay due to covid hospitalization, covid quarantine, ordinance of the authority of the country of origin which require re-entry;
  • travel of a family member if you are hospitalized for more than 7 days;
  • early return in the event of the death or danger of life of a family member;
  • roadside assistance and dépannage;
